Ivette Ramos Alvarez

Ivette Alvarez commits to educating her clients about the law, guiding them throughout their matters to achieve the best possible outcome. A zealous advocate, Ivette’s strong work ethic makes her a daunting adversary in court. She graduated from Columbia Law School while working for her family’s business and raising two children, so she keenly understands her clients’ daily challenges. This insight is also one of the main reasons behind her family law focus. Ivette prides herself on maintaining a free communication style that builds trust, expedites the legal process and minimizes frustration for her clients and opponents.

Fluent in Spanish, Ivette is dedicated to serving the interests of the Latino community and has served as past president of the New Jersey Hispanic Bar Association. Since the beginning of her practice, she has worked tenaciously to advance the Latino legal profession and often lectures on Latino legal matters. Ivette has appeared on CNN Espanol as well as other media outlets. She frequently gives back to the community and was recently selected as a Team Leader on New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy’s Hurricane Maria Puerto Rico Commission.
