Alex Lee joined Einhorn Harris as an associate in 2017. He is an experienced litigator who regularly appears in New Jersey and New York State and Federal Courts. Whether representing a client through commercial litigation or an employment-related matter, Alex tailors his work to his client’s needs from start to finish. Analytical and determined, Alex concentrates his practice in three main areas: employment law, closely held business/corporate law, and commercial litigation. His multidisciplinary efforts allow him to design and implement practical approaches to challenging and often unique client situations across a variety of areas. He has successfully negotiated favorable settlements in numerous matters involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblowing, and hostile work environment.
