Einhorn Barbarito Welcomes Five New Associates

Einhorn Barbarito is pleased to welcome five new associates to the firm: Alex Lee, Dennis M. Haase, Jessie M. Mills, Danielle N. Levine and Tiffany D. Tagarelli. “Each of our new associates brings additional strengths and experiences that will further build on our diversified and unique approach to our New Jersey practice,” states Patricia Barbarito, Managing Partner at Einhorn Barbarito.

Alex Lee, resident of Englewood, NJ, joins the firm as an Associate in the Employment, Commercial Litigation and Closely Held Business/Corporate Law departments. Lee represents private and public employers/employees in matters involving wage and hour claims, discrimination, employment contracts, restrictive covenants, employee benefits, wrongful termination and sexual harassment. Lee litigates various types of matters including, but not limited to, matters involving contracts, estates, construction, tax, real estate, shareholder disputes and collections. Lee earned his J.D. from George Washington University Law School and his B.A. from Brandeis University. Lee is admitted to practice law in both New Jersey and New York.

Dennis M. Haase, resident of Harding Township, NJ, joins Einhorn Barbarito as an Associate in the Taxation/Trusts & Estates Department, focusing his practice in the areas of estate planning and administration; tax and business planning; employee benefits, compensation, stock incentives and retirement planning; tax-exempt organizations including charitable trusts and private foundations; tax controversies; commercial and residential real estate; asset protection planning; will contests and estate litigation; and business acquisitions and start-ups. Haase earned his J.D. and M.L.T. from the College of William and Mary and his B.S.B.A. in finance and accounting, cum laude, from Georgetown University. Haase is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York and before the United States Tax Court.

Jessie M. Mills, resident of Morristown, NJ, joins the firm as an Associate in the Family Law Department, focusing her practice on all aspects of matrimonial law including divorce, child custody, parenting time and alimony. Prior to joining the firm, Mills was an Associate with the family law department of Budd Larner in Short Hills. She earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and her B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy, cum laude, from Rutgers University. Mills is admitted to practice law in New Jersey.

Danielle N. Levine, resident of Hillsborough, NJ, joins the firm as an Associate with the Personal Injury Department, focusing on matters involving personal injury, work-related accidents, medical malpractice and product liability. Prior to joining Einhorn Barbarito, Levine was a Law Clerk for the Honorable David H. Ironson, Morris County Superior Court. Levine received her J.D. in 2016 from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she was a member of the Interscholastic Moot Court Board and the Seton Hall Law Review. She received her B.S. in 2013 in Criminology from The College of New Jersey and is admitted to practice in New Jersey.

Tiffany D. Tagarelli, resident of Warren, NJ, joins the firm as an Associate with the Family Law Department, focusing her practice on all aspects of matrimonial law, including divorce, child custody, parenting time and alimony. Prior to joining the firm, Tagarelli was a Law Clerk for the Honorable Julie M. Marino, Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part, where she conducted research and drafted memoranda on family law issues involving alimony, alimony pendente lite, property settlement agreements, child support, emancipation, domestic violence, juvenile matters and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status. She received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2016, where she represented juveniles in Essex County as a member of the Juvenile Justice Clinic. Tagarelli received her B.S. in finance, cum laude, from Seton Hall University, W. Paul Stillman School of Business, and is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
