Einhorn Barbarito Attorney provides 9/11 Day of Service Program for the 2nd year in a Row

For the second year in a row, Linda Mainenti-Walsh, Esq., Counsel in the firm of Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, PC and in her capacity as trustee of the Morris County Bar Association has organized the 9/11 Day of Service Program. The program is scheduled for Tuesday, September 11, 2012 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Morristown Library on South Street in Morristown.
The program consists of volunteer lawyers who will present education panels on issues of family law, bankruptcy/foreclosure, accidents, DUI and immigration to people and families whose lives were touched by the attacks of September 11th 2001, including first responders, veterans and members of the public free of charge.
Ms. Mainenti-Walsh organized this program last year. The attorneys who volunteered offered valuable legal counsel and question and answer periods in several practice areas. This year it has grown to include more presentations for the members of the public who attend.
Linda Mainenti-Walsh, Esq. is a member of the law firm of Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, PCs family and matrimonial law department. Recently, she was appointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey to her third (3rd) term as a member of the Supreme Court Committee on Women in the Courts. She serves as Chair of the Bar Education Subcommittee of this group and presents programs through the state of New Jersey for various county Bar Associations as well as Inns of Court.
