Denville, NJ — On June 7, 2012, Stephen P. Haller and Jennie L. Osborne, Esqs. from the Matrimonial and Family Law Department of Einhorn Harris Ascher Barbarito & Frost, P.C., located in Denville, New Jersey, along with other counsel, will be presenting a full day, comprehensive seminar for the National Business Institute entitled: Divorce Law Guide from A to Z.

The seminar, which will provide attorneys in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania with Continuing Legal Education credits, will focus on practical strategies attorneys need to know when handling a divorce.  Ms. Osborne and Mr. Haller will discuss filing for divorce, strategies for effective use of discovery, child custody and visitation, child support and spousal maintenance, and the valuation of assets and the division of property.
