Auchincloss, Esq. from AllianceBernstein, L.P., will be presenting a webinar for Strafford Publications to help family law practitioners gain an understanding of the estate planning issues that can occur at all stages of a marriage and divorce.

The 90 minute webinar, open to attorneys, will focus on practical strategies to assist this audience with  the ability to identify and consider the estate planning issues that arise prior to marriage, during the marriage but prior to filing for divorce, at all stages of a divorce and after the conclusion of a divorce action.  Continuing Legal Education credits will be provided for attorneys.
