Denville, NJ – – Mark Wechsler, Esq. partner with Einhorn, Harris, Ascher, Barbarito & Frost, PC in Denville, New Jersey, will be presenting at the 2014 AICPA Expert Witness Skills Workshop on January 9-11, 2014 in New Orleans, LA.

The AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) is the national organization of CPAs with nearly 400,000 members.  Mr. Wechsler will present a workshop to educate and train CPAs on how to testify as an expert forensic accounting witness in a litigation proceeding.  Mr. Wechsler will specifically teach CPAs how to testify about business valuation reports they author, both in depositions and at trial.  He will also guide the participants through the process of a mock trial, including pre-trial meetings, final preparation, and testimony which will be videotaped and critiqued after each examination.

Mr. Wechsler, a partner with the law firm of Einhorn, Harris, Ascher, Barbarito & Frost, PC.  He has been practicing Matrimonial and Family law for more than 20 years.  He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a matrimonial law attorney and was recently appointed to the very prestigious National Trial Lawyers Association.  Mr. Wechsler is also an active member of the Morris County Bar Association, concluding his tenure as President of the Association this year.
