EINHORN HARRIS ATTORNEY TO VOLUNTEER LEGAL SERVICES TO MORRIS COUNTY ORGANIZATION FOR HISPANIC AFFAIRS

Denville, New Jersey —  On Saturday, June 1, 2013, at the Father Connolly Parish Center in Dover, New Jersey, Linda Mainenti-Walsh, Counsel to the firm of Einhorn Barbarito and a member of the Matrimonial and Family Law Departments, will volunteer her time at the annual Morris County Organization for Hispanic Affairs Educational Legal Clinic.   The clinic takes place from 9 am to 1 pm.

The Morris County Organization for Hispanic Affairs’ mission is to facilitate the well-being of the low‐income Hispanics and Non-Hispanics through services, information, education, and civic participation. MCOHA has been educating, empowering and serving Morris County’s Hispanic and low‐income communities for more than 35 years.  This program is in partnership with the Morris County Bar Association and Morris County Bar Foundation, is just one of their educational opportunities for their community.

Ms. Mainenti-Walsh and more than 10 other attorneys from firms throughout Morris County will be volunteering their time.   They will each provide a brief presentation in their practice area, and then provide the participants an opportunity to discuss their individual questions.  Ms. Mainenti-Walsh will be providing information and answering questions in the Family and Divorce Law areas, the area in which she concentrates her practice.

Ms. Mainenti-Walsh is a frequent lecturer on matrimonial and family law issues.  In addition she has been traveling around New Jersey presenting seminars and programs on Gender Bias in the New Jersey Courts.   She is Chair of the Bar Education Subcommittee of the Supreme Court Committee on Women in the Courts.  She has been involved in this committee since 2008.  Additionally, she is Co-chair of the Family Law Section of the Morris County Bar Association.  She has been a guest on American Law Journal TV, quoted in the New York Times on divorce issues and written for Divorce Magazine.
