Bonnie Frost To Join Distinguished Panel To Discuss Attorney Ethics

Frost, Esq., a partner with Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, PC will be joining a distinguished panel of speakers to present a New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education Seminar entitled: The Essential New Jersey Legal Ethics Primer. The presentation will take place at the New Jersey Law Center on Veteran’s Day.
The presentation, an all-new legal ethics seminar, is designed to provide attorneys with an overview of the most important ethical concerns that arise in the practice of law. Attorneys who attend will hear a comprehensive review of the common pitfalls where attorneys will be held accountable for inappropriate actions. Ms. Frost will be discussing business and trust accounting as well as conflicts of interest; these are two topics which lead to a large number of ethical complaints against attorneys in the State of New Jersey.
Other topics that will be discussed are attorney advertising, attorney-client communications, fee arrangements and technology. The other members of this panel are the Honorable Edwin H. Stern, Ret., Charle Centinaro, Esq. and Justice Virgina A. Long, Ret.. The seminar will provide attorneys with CLE credits towards their mandatory continuing legal education requirements.
Since joining the firm in 1985, Ms. Frost has practiced in the Matrimonial area, handling various cases such as divorce, custody, domestic violence, and paternity issues on both the trial and appellate levels. She is also on the Supreme Court Committee on Attorney Ethics, the Disciplinary Review Board. She is the current recipient of the Saul Tischler Award for Lifetime Achievement presented by the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Section to those who have made significant contributions to the practice of family law and the profession.
