Patricia Barbarito, Esq. Receives Women Worth Watching Award from Profiles in Diversity Journal

(Denville, NJ – July 19, 2018) – Patricia Barbarito, Managing Partner of Einhorn, Harris, Ascher, Barbarito and Frost PC, has been named a winner of the 17th Annual Women Worth Watching® Award presented by Profiles in Diversity Journal. The award recognizes and celebrates the commitment and achievements of top female executives.

“I am honored to receive this award celebrating women leaders across industries,” said Barbarito. “I understand that the criteria for the award included characteristics of grit and perseverance and I’m pleased to see those traits recognized in women. As Managing Partner at Einhorn Harris, my goal is to mentor and support all of the talent within the firm – from our newest associates to our long-term partners to our administrative staff. We are growing Einhorn Harris and building a firm that reflects today’s technology and innovations while remaining true to a commitment to achieving the best results for our clients and helping to modify laws to better protect our clients’ families and businesses.”

Born and raised in Paterson, New Jersey, Barbarito first worked at Einhorn Harris as a summer associate during her second year of law school, when the Denville-based law firm had only three attorneys. Upon graduating from Seton Hall, she joined the firm as an associate and quickly progressed to partner after only four years. Her commitment to the firm and her clients was recognized further when she became Managing Partner nearly 20 years ago. She currently holds that position as well as Chair of the Board of the firm, which now has 32 attorneys and 68 staff.

“What I like about this award is that it encourages women to strive to achieve leadership positions and to look for mentors who can support their goals,” noted Barbarito. “I can attest to the support I’ve received along the way both personally and professionally, which has underscored my dedication to the law and the legal community.”
