Rising Stars 2009-2014

From his clerkship for the Presiding Criminal Judge of the Superior Court in Morris County, the Honorable B. Theodore Bozonelis, to the Prosecutor’s Office for two tenures and the private firm of Nuzzi and Mason, LLC, Brian Kenney has always practiced criminal law.

As such, Mr. Kenney brings over 17 years of criminal law experience to Einhorn Harris, where he specializes in criminal defense, domestic violence, law enforcement representation in administrative/internal affairs matters, victim representation in criminal prosecutions, municipal appeals, expungements, juvenile offenses and appellate law.  Mr. Kenney believes in the constitution and the rights it affords, along with the basic ideal that individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

Having experience with criminal defense for years and working as an Assistant Prosecutor for almost a decade, Mr. Kenney brings a unique perspective to how he approaches cases to the benefit of any client he represents.  Moreover, Mr. Kenney engages each client with an attentive and communicative approach to keep them informed about what is going on every step of the way during what could be the most difficult time in their lives.
