Einhorn Barbarito Attorney Presents At NJICLE 79th Semi-Annual Tax And Estate Planning Forum

June 20, 2018

Einhorn Barbarito attorney Dennis Haase spoke on “The Skillful Allocation of Capital Gains to Trust Beneficiaries on Schedule K-1 of Form 1041” at the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) 79th Semi-Annual Tax and Estate Planning Forum on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick.

The Semi-Annual Tax and Estate Planning Forum is approaching its 40th year.  From President Regan’s TEFRA legislation to Donald Trump’s Tax Cut and Jobs Act, the Forum has become the seminal place to learn information and strategies about the latest in the ever-changing tax and estate planning field. This year is no different. The conference’s distinguished Chairmen, John Pritchard and John Miesowitz, are planning a conference taught by the field’s leading practitioners, which will focus on the new tax act and the 20 percent deduction, as well as provide an update on the Act’s changes to the estate tax and other areas. The information that you will learn at the program is crucial to both you and your clients.
