Independent Workplace Investigations

We conduct independent investigations into internal employee complaints, third party complaints, and lawsuits alleging employee or employer misconduct. We perform thorough fact-finding investigations and make objective written reports with our findings and recommendations to employers. We perform our investigation quickly and efficiently, to allow employers to make informed decisions quickly. Our litigation experience with employment claims gives us a unique perspective when conducting workplace investigations. We know the law and all of the elements necessary for a plaintiff to prove his/her case and the potential damages that may be awarded by juries. This separates our skills and experience from non-lawyer companies providing these types of services.

We can assist employers after the investigation is completed to implement changes to policies, practices, etc. We can provide employee training, draft policies, employee manuals and employment agreements. We can also consult with and advise employers regarding employee discipline and termination of employment.
