TWO EINHORN HARRIS PARTNERS PRESENTED SEMINAR ENTITLED: “FROM ROMANCE TO RUIN . . . ESTATE PLANNING ISSUES BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER DIVORCE”

On October 16th, 2013, Patricia M. Barbarito, Esq. & Gary R. Botwinick, Esq., partners with the law firm of Einhorn, Harris, Ascher, Barbarito & Frost, P.C., located in Denville, New Jersey,  presented a seminar for the Greater New Jersey Estate Planning Council entitled “From Romance to Ruin . . . Estate Planning Issues Before, During and After the Divorce.” 

The seminar, provided continuing education credits to attorneys, certified financial planners, insurance professionals and accountants. Ms. Barbarito and Mr. Botwinick identified practical estate planning strategies to consider prior to a marriage, during a marriage but prior to filing for divorce, at all stages of a divorce and after the conclusion of a divorce action.
