The seminar will held at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
Mr. Snyder and a panel comprised of Judges, mental healthcare provides and attorneys will illustrate the numerous ways attorneys can effectively question mental health experts on direct and cross-examination. The program will examine some of the difficult issues mental health experts face when rendering an opinion on custody and examine the technical issues that attorneys face in bringing complex issues germane to case to light. The seminar will provide attorneys with Continuing Legal Education credits.
