Denville, NJ  — On Friday, April 19, 2013, Michael R. Ascher, Esq., partner in the firm of Einhorn Harris, will be a member of two separate panels for the New Jersey Association of Justice at their annual convention, Boardwalk Seminar® 2013. 

The 32nd annual Boardwalk Seminar®, hosted by the New Jersey Association of Justice Educational Foundation, Inc., is designed for trial attorneys who practice criminal and personal injury law, allowing them to potentially accumulate a year’s worth of MCLE (Mandatory Continuing Legal Education) credits over a three day period.  Held in Atlantic City, NJ at the Bally”s Hotel and Casino, the convention will take place from April 17th to April 19th.  For more information about the convention: www. nj-justice.org

In the morning of April 19th, Mr. Ascher joins a panel of three other New Jersey criminal attorneys to discuss the changes in the laws of Driving Under the Influence/Driving While Intoxicated and how to effectively represent your clients in these cases.  In the afternoon of the same day, Mr. Asher will be a member of a panel of 12 to discuss the “Hot Topics in Criminal Law”, updating the audience of attorneys on changes which affect the representation of their clients when they have been arrested for a criminal code violations in New Jersey.

Michael R.
