Gary R. Botwinick, Esq. To Present Seminar On 2012 Update On Estate Planning

Denville, NJ — On May 9, 2012, Gary R. Botwinick, Esq., a partner at the law firm of Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, PC, located in Denville, New Jersey will be presenting half of a two part seminar on 2012 Updates on Estate Planning and Land Use and Zoning hosted by CB Title.   The seminar will be held at the Investors Bank in Springfield, New Jersey.

Mr. Botwinick, will present the updates on Estate Planning during the seminar and will review the current news and changes to the Federal Estate Tax, including increased Estate Tax Exemption, increased Gift Tax Exemption, the portability of exemptions between spouses and more.  The seminar will provide attorneys with Continuing Legal Education credits.
