EINHORN HARRIS ATTORNEY RE-APPOINTED AS MORRIS TOWNSHIP PROSECUTOR

Denville, NJ — For the second year in a row, Matheu D. Nunn, Esq. an associate with the law firm of Einhorn Harris Ascher Barbarito & Frost, PC, was appointed as the Morris Township Prosecutor.

On January 2, 2013 Mayor Peter Mancuso, Deputy Mayor Bruce Sisler, and Committeemen Jeff Grayzel- Morris Twp, Daniel Caffrey, and 18-year veteran Scott Rosenbush confirmed the re-appointment of Matheu D. Nunn as the Morris Township Prosecutor for another term.  In addition to this appointment, Mr. Nunn is a member of the Criminal/Municipal Practice as well as the Matrimonial and Family Law Department at Einhorn Harris Ascher Barbarito & Frost, PC.  Matheu D. Nunn joined the firm in December 2011 after serving as an Assistant Prosecutor for the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office
