Einhorn Harris Welcomes Two New Associates

Einhorn Harris is pleased to welcome two new associates to the Firm.

Matthew S. Rheingold joined the Trusts and Estates/Taxation Department of Einhorn Harris as an Associate in August 2015. Mr. Rheingold concentrates his practice on trust and estate planning, estate administration and tax controversy matters. He has extensive knowledge in advising, drafting and implementing high-level wealth preservation strategies, and is well versed in the most current estate planning techniques. His practice also includes negotiations with the Internal Revenue Service, New Jersey Division of Taxation and the New York State Department of Taxation.

Mr. Rheingold received his LL.M. in Taxation in 2014 from New York Law School, his J.D. in 2006 from Touro College and his B.S. in Finance and Information Technology from Syracuse University in 2002.

Kristi L. Terranova joined the Firm in September 2015 as an Associate with the Matrimonial and Family Law Departments. Kristi has both trial and appellate experience representing clients in divorce, custody, equitable distribution and domestic violence issues and handles a variety of family law matters including child and parent relocation, emancipation, grandparent’s rights, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, asset valuation and protection, and post-judgment modifications to custody and support.

Ms. Terranova received her B.A. from Gettysburg College in 2003 and her J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 2006. Prior to joining Einhorn Harris, Ms. Terranova was an Associate with Pashman Stein in Hackensack, New Jersey.
