Over 20 years ago, Gary R. Botwinick joined the firm to develop our Tax/Trusts and Estates practice group to expand the range of services which our firm could offer, and to serve our existing client base. Gary’s experience began with his tenure as a Tax Court Litigator for the IRS and an associate for a large New Jersey firm. Under his direction, the firm’s reputation as a leader in the fields of trust and estate law and tax law have grown exponentially.

Gary’s candor and expertise allow him to establish close relationships with all of his clients. His strength in developing trusted relationships with his clients is evidenced by the fact that his clients remain with the firm for many years and return to seek advice in all legal areas touching their lives, including unique family challenges, business succession, premarital planning and changes in the law, including the ever-changing tax landscape. Gary is a sought-after speaker on a variety of tax, trust and estate topics and has authored numerous articles on tax and estate planning. He also donates his time and efforts to assist non-profit and charitable organization on all legal matters.
